Through a series of coaching sessions we go on a journey of self enlightenment, giving you the resources to achieve your dreams, and the practical steps to make it real.
The bluestag way
Coaching can be a 'head' activity - the rational conscious mind identifying SMART goals, and logical steps of transition. The real power, however, comes from tapping into the strong motivations of the subconscious mind which can often be subversive (working against your best intentions), and equally astonishingly creative and dynamic.
The bluestag way brings the two together, so that the whole of you is working in harmony. Through this alignment, inner peace is established, and releases great outward strength.
A typical coaching series is between 6 and 12 sessions, each an hour long, and roughly a fortnight apart. However, our approach is to work to the needs of the client, which means we flex the pace, duration, and number of sessions to perfectly match the individuals journey.
Goals are set by three way agreement between the coachee, sponsor, and bluestag - checked at 'mid-term' and fully reviewed upon conclusion of the coaching series. Whilst progress towards the goals are shared, the content of coaching sessions remain strictly confidential between the coach and the coachee.
Together we shape the agenda, I manage the structure, and you provide the content. Previous clients have achieved their goals in: career transitions, retirement, health, relationships, 'looking after me', finding meaning & purpose, finances, stress management, and much much more.
